Despite little research on the effects of medicinal cannabis, people widely report positive benefits for a range of conditions and ailments.
We recommend starting with a small oral dose and working upwards until the desired therapeutic benefit is reached. If you are new to medical cannabis, we also recommend that you start with a CBD-only product, as it is not known to have any psychoactive effects (it won’t get you high).
If unfamiliar with CBD, we recommend starting with 5-10 milligrams, 3 times a day; and increasing the dosage by 5-10 milligrams every three days thereafter. When an increase in dosage doesn’t provide any greater benefit, the optimal dosage will have been found.
