Despite little research on the effects of medical cannabis, people widely report positive benefits for a range of conditions and ailments, most notably from pain due to inflammation, e.g., arthritis, insomnia, and anxiety.
We recommend starting with a small oral dose (Lune Tinctures or Capsules) and working upwards until the desired therapeutic benefit is reached. If you are new to medical cannabis, we also recommend you start with CBD as it is not known to have any psychoactive effects (it won’t get you high).
If completely unfamiliar with CBD and/or THC, we recommend starting with 5-10 milligrams of CBD, once a day, for 3 days; increasing the frequency of dosage to twice a day after the first three days, and increasing the dosage by 5-10 milligrams every three days. This method works for both CBD and THC.
